Refunds Policy

Updated 2026-08-14 If a generation doesn't land, its credits glide back to your balance automatically — nothing to file. Purchased credits you haven't used can be refunded to your original payment method: email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the purchase. Two things we can't refund: credits already spent on completed generations, and free bonus credits (no cash value). Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We're at [email protected].
